Focal Verse	If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ ESV)
Notes	John is testifying to the Word (Christ) Who he heard, and saw in the flesh. We have fellowship with Christ and with each other if we walk in the light. If we say we have fellowship, and walk in the dark, we deceive ourselves. If we say we do not sin, the truth is not in us, but if we confess out sin, Christ is faithful to forgive our sins. There is much deep truth here, like the meaning of walk in the light, but deep study of this passage is for another time.
