Scarcity OS

An operating system or app for phones/computers which operate through a token-based separate system dashboard (to disable the ability to change the limitations ). to impose hourly, daily, and weekly time limitations on devices that make continued use impossible.

It needs to be real, and intelligent. there needs to be a way to turn off the automated shutdown for certain tasks. things like turn-by-turn navigation (these need to be configured off-device) it needs to function offline (via virtual kill switch which is stored on device, and tamper resistant )

When things like turn-by-turn are on, apps are single tasking, and slowed down.

Set up the ability to have all this turned off based on location as well (home usage versus out and about)
